Here's the thing about this fool and other fools like him: when you make your brand, "Everyone else is lying to you, but only I am telling you the truth," keeping up that pose is going to lead you into some very stupid places before long. Because how does someone like this confront the obvious fact that two dozen kids were massacred in a school? Why, you have to be the brave truth-teller who announces there was never any massacre! If you just repeat the facts, then you're just CNN-in-a-basement, and where's the fun in that?

He thought it was all a harmless game; just the equivalent of shitposting on a porn board. Now his fat ass is cooked. Good.
 
You know it's gonna shut down infowars and I gotta say, I think that's a bad thing. Those people won't go away, they'll go to 4chan and 8chan and the shittier parts of reddit and some of the deep/dark web boards. That won't make things better. Yeah, a lot of them are already there but the casual idiot is not and that's a big part of his base.

They're civil suits. Have any idea how many civil suits are started every day? That they got the trials done in 10 years is doing pretty good. The appeals will be another 20.

I'll believe his ass is cooked when he is denied any more appeals and InfoWars is shut down. Until this ugly bastard is penniless and destitute once and for all, there will be no justice.

There's a few junior varsity internet/social media shitstains that might try to step up and fill in Jones' empty bowling shoes, like Charlie Kirk or Ben Shapiro, although I doubt they'd ever go down the irredeemable pathological route.

InfoWars conspiracy theorist Alex Jones reported that he's holding onto guns for two January 6th rioters, according to bankruptcy paperwork obtained by The Washington Post.

The document required that he identify property in his possession that he does not own. Among the items, Jones wrote that he's "holding firearms for certain January 6th participants," the document reads, per the Post.

Jones recently told HuffPost that he is holding onto weapons for InfoWars War Room host Owen Shroyer and video editor Sam Montoya. Shroyer and Montoya were two of more than a thousand people charged in the Capitol riot so far.

Texas attorney Andino Reynal was ordered to pay $97,169 last month to the parents of a child killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting after Judge Maya Guerra Gamble determined in January that Reynal had violated court proceedings during his attempts to delay the trial by filing bankruptcy for Jones’ far-right misinformation site Infowars.
