There is a nice trail up to this spot, or if you're daring, you can pick your way up the rock outcrop. I don't recommend free climbing up the face as the rock is sketchy in places. I was in middle school the first time I climbed to that spot.

I remember from my many winters in Denver that the most likely cars to be laying wheels up in in a snow bank or in the Interstate medians were four-wheel drives or SUVs. People would put their all-season radials or studded tires on those babies and whip around at 50 or 60 mph as if they were bullet proof. Never failed.

It's the same here. The cars off the roads in bad conditions are almost always civics or SUVs. People should have to go through different driver training for winter conditions if they are too stupid to know any better.

It was interesting to watch that little car lose it's bite and just start to drift like that. A fatty would have held that line.
