AI Technology Making Photos/Movies from Stories?

Curious how far advanced AI technology is to be able to recreate visually stories that we write. I would assume photos first, but could it create movies with our dialogue? I'm not a tech junkie and am fascinated and terrified of AI.

Curious how far advanced AI technology is to be able to recreate visually stories that we write. I would assume photos first, but could it create movies with our dialogue? I'm not a tech junkie and am fascinated and terrified of AI.

There is an app that you give basic story idea and then it gives some questions and you pick an answer and then that's direction story takes and the App writes you a NSFW story.

It's paid app (obviously these days not much is free)
