I think you can link to other websites e.g. (Patreon) that all you to host them.

Or at least, people do so and get away with it, so far.

I'll admit I've made some AI cuties here and there, but... I dunno man. Uncanny valley really came creeping up on me and it just doesn't work anymore.

I think one reason they won't allow AI stories or graphics is probably anticipating the volume of material people would create with little effort.

Literotica has almost two hundred stories posted as New ... just today! Imagine how many stories might be uploaded if they allowed AI-generated material. Human authored stories would be buried, and the admins would be struggling to add disk space to store all of it.
