"Ah'll be bahck" and it is!

What a useful gadget !
Minefields, IEDs, stampedes, and all manner of scary problems.

I can't say that I am terrifically impressed. Yes, as far as current robotics goes, the Atlas is very advanced. But it can't do a tenth of what a well-trained human athlete is capable of, and to be truly viable, it really should match up against that level of human conditioning, don't'cha think?

That said, another ten or twenty years of development just might result in a robot capable of full human agility and strength. It will still pale in comparison, until it can truly think for itself and heal naturally.
