Dagnabbit, Rumple! ;) I thought I'd be able to sneak in and be the first to congratulate folks!

I haven't been an AH Irregular or Regular in some time, but I never forgot that first critique I got here on Lit- from you! And to this day, every time I catch myself repeating phrases, I remember your advice.

Anyways, it's nice just to see my story in such wonderful company. All the placings seem quite harmonious, if you ask me.

I'd loan you the five, but I don't even know what my bonus prize is yet.

Congrats to Lauren, Gaucho, ronde and Dingus!
:rose: :rose: :rose: :rose:

I don't know you, 66, but congrats!

And a Super congrats to Laurencita!!! Bravissima, bella!

Perdita

That is great news. Well done all of you.

My special congrats to Lauren and Dingus, both exceptional contributions.

Call me if you need any help spending the prize money Lauren, I'll warm the car up. :D

Congratulations to the winners for well written stories.

Congratulations also to all who participated. Without everyone else, the winners achievement wouldn't be so outstanding.

Og

(Once third in the 100 yards despite his build - but only because there were just three entrants; also played cricket for his school when the team bus didn't arrive on time)

A big jealous but heartfelt congratulations to the winners. Hell, you have to be very good, since you beat ME!;)

Well, damn Lauren. Could not have gone to a more worthy writer!

Congratulations, all five of you. :D

Dingus, great to see a NaNo'er amongst the winners!

Lauren, what did I tell you, eh? I knew you'd do it and I hope my rooting helped. ;)

A dancing nana just for you: :nana:

Lou :rose:  :rose:

Thanks a million!!!

I really appreciate anyone who recognized my story for this contest. I am stunned that I ended up as one of the winners. It truly made my day, my year and truthfully means more than anyone will really know. For those of you that stand by my side on winner's row, I congrat you as well. Good job! Lauren, big congrats on your entry, well deserved.

A special thank you goes out to Laurel who posted my story so fast, even though I submitted it 10 minutes b4 the deadline. Your effort here is extraordinary! Also, thank you for making a 4th and 5th place prize for this contest, else I would not know that I was among the elite. Happy 5th Anniversary to Literotica.

Finally, thank you, my fellow authors and readers who took the time to praise our stories. I wrote this story with the intention of making a comedy out of it, hence the title. The character was so interesting, that I ended up with a romantic story. I almost ran out of time trying to squeeze in the erotic part of my title, but Marty was more fun than I anticipated.

I hope I didn't offend any small people in writing about him. The word midget is often used negatively, and no harm was ever meant with it's use. Anyway, thanks again.

Tatelou, I didn't finish the Nanowrimo story, but truth be told, if you didn't have me write that story, I know for a fact I never would have written about this story. Thanks for the inspiration!

I'm very happy for all of you. Congratulations!

I have just opened a bottle of wine: cheers!

I am not saying I am a little jealous.

:p :D

Congrat's all

Well done all of you, congratulations:D well deserved awards for your efforts.

A special 'nice one lady' to Lauren, and 'nice one guy' to Dingus, the regulars of the haunt. Not taking anything from the others there though, all deserved.

Happy congratulations to the winners, especially considering the number of entries and the continuous trolling (policing of which deserves extra hearty thanks to Laurel and/or Manu).

Gauche

Lauren? Laurel? Hmmm

Congratulations to All

The Winter Holiday Contest Official Winners

Great work, Litters!

Also, congratulations to everyone who entered, especially all who achieved some kind of personal record. I would like to hear about those, as well.

For me:

In my first contest, I qualified - that was my "goal."
I won my first "H" (at least temporarily) and received more feedback on one story, than for three quarters of my other works, combined.

Thank you, readers!

Congratulations to you, then Og. Belated, but deserved.

;)

And to Lauren, who must now be ridden to the Winner's Circle and draped with a floral horseshoe before cooldown and a nice leisurely afternoon in the paddock!

Enjoyed your story, LH. Thank you.

Ogg, I'm sure that was a compliment. ;)

Congratulations to the winners; a fantastic effort for all participants, especially to the Snippettsville Group (because I am a tad biased :D) and to all those authors who worked hard on their stories.

It was a pleasure reading through stories that were well written. :)

Thanks, everyone! I'm still in a state of shock about all this. When I submitted the story in the last possible moment, a week ago, I had little hope of getting to the top 5. It was the first story I submitted to Lit, after all.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am and how grateful for all the awesome feedback you've sent. Thank you.

Congratulations to all. :rose:

So here is where everybody is doing their congratulations. I was doing it over at the holiday winter/ anniversary site. well no matter I can do it here too.
