The first AV files are starting to filter in. I'm getting all excited! 23 people have committed to participating! I'd like to fill all 52 slots -- 29 spots still available (including 3 sets of 6 & 9 for pairs!)

CURRENT OPEN SLOTS

HEARTS -- 7, 5, 4
SPADES -- 10 through 2
DIAMONDS -- 10 through 3
CLUBS -- Jack through 3

So that means there is one face card left (Jack of Clubs) and most of the number cards are open.

IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE -- that is, if you will commit to buy a set and want to have your AV appear in it -- SEND ME A PM. If you say it in the thread, I'll miss it.

I'm not restricting this to any particular person or group in Lit, but the cards will have the AH name on them and will be advertised as the Author's Hangout cards. If someone doesn't mind getting lumped in with us I don't mind. If someone else does mind, they can discuss it with me (but I'll win -- I've been taking ABS lessons). I didn't advertise it on any other forum, but people are certainly welcome to talk it up elsewhere if they want. I'd love to have a different AV on each card.

The Numbers

Okay, just so everyone knows, we have commitments from about 22 people for the cards, howeverl we have only received orders from 9 people. A few people have ordered multiples (special thanks to IMP who ordered a whole bunch) but we need a full 20 sets ordered for us to afford to print. I planned to print about 30 sets, which will cost us that full 20 sets to print and ship (the last 10 would be a modicom of profit, assuming our shipping costs aren't higher than I estimated).

TOTAL SETS ORDERED: 15
TOTAL SETS PAID FOR: 11 (4 sets have checks coming, but have not arrived)
TOTAL AVS COMMITTED: 30
TOTAL AVS RECEIVED: 17

what does thi mean? It means I need 5 sets purchased to cover the cost of the print run, we need the other 13 AVs of the commitment and we need to recruit 22 more AVs for the # cards.

Jammies?!? I need you to put on your Domme shoes and start stomping on people!
