I have alot in commons with all my friends here on lit. Luna, Trish, Kitte, the ladies I chat with the most, and so many others. Them, and others, except yoyotwat and hanns, but fuck them in the ear, have never once questioned my intelligence, my maturity, and my right to play here. A friend of mine on an e-mail list assumed I was 35-40 years old! Holy crap. Nothing agaisnt that mind you, but.. and heres the kicker..

I'm only 21.. has my mind matured faster then it was supposed too? or has all the crap I've dealt with (and I've squished alot of bad times into my 21 years) prematurely aged me?

*sits on his couch and feels old*

Age ain't nuthin' but a number.

I just turned 47 and I feel younger now than I ever did.

Even at my age, I still manange to somehow get carded sometimes when buying alcohol, or like at the casino a few weeks ago. I've been told I "hold my age very well". Is that a good thing always?

someone told me on here in a pm they thought i was older then i am

im 19

liar, you're 56, admit it once and for all!

It's not an uncommon thing to have people think not realize someone else's age online. If you can "talk the talk" they automatically assume. Some people also do grow up too fast, too many experiences, too many memories...jammed into much too short of a period of their life. Not speaking from experience of course...

*watches the sarcasm ooze quietly down her screen*

P.S. I would happen to be 21.

Some people are just born with an "old" soul.

I don't know you.. but I do know this.. When one goes through a lot when they are fairly young, it seems as if they get caught in a cycle of never really grown up, never really young.. and envious as hell of those who acheive it... but it does help to get along with all age groups, because there is so much to relate to in so many different ways.

plenty of people have seen my face here, it's nothing all that great.

Sorry, but I don't just show my face to just anybody.

by law, here in NY state, you MUST, MUST, be carded if you appear under 35 years old.. I've been carded twice, in the past year of buying plenty of alcohol. and those were grocery stores. I have yet to be carded at an actual liquer store. Do I look over 35 years old?

that seems close to it..

and as for an old soul, somedays I feel every hour of every life that my poor old soul has gone through.

goddess, I feel old..

I can relate to you on that one crystalizedjoy. For a long time people thought I was older then I was. You did not mature to fast. You are perfect the way you are. Remember with age comes wisdom so when someone says you look older just think they are saying that you are wiser

yanno, cock pics should be secondary, i would rather see faces first, and wtf are you talking about? we already discussed the rugged bushy boy look and how i liked it. god damn you, snuggle with me before i put my cold extremities on your balls.

hands or feet? hands I'd enjoy, feet not really..

*snuggles*

I definitely know the "age" thing well. I just turned 34, I don't "feel" 34. If someone tells me that I act like a little kid, it makes my day because my goal in life was to stay young in spirit.

** I was looking at some old pictures of my dad, and I swear, when he turned 18, he really turned 40. He's always been extra serious about everything, and when I look at him, I realize how much he has missed in life. If something is deemed "immature" by him, then it's bad. I'm completely opposite....I love watching cartoons with my kids, playing video games with my kids, playing ball with my kids, playing tag with my kids etc... I want them to enjoy their childhood.
