Age restrictions on French topless beaches

The bikini car wash thread got me thinking... Does anyone here know what ages of girls/women are allowed to be topless on the beaches in France (or Spain or anywhere else in Europe)?

I would guess that anyone under about 9 yo would be in the "too young to matter" category and anyone over 18 would be in the "adult" category.

What about the teenagers? Do the French allow 14 year old girls to be topless on the beach?

I wonder if I grew up in France, would I be less uncomfortable about my naked body (at least above the waist)?

There are no age restrictions for being topless (or nude, in nudist beaches) anywhere in Europe, as far as I know.

I have seen a posting (apparently from a hotel chef) complaining about “overage ladies” and ones who were not sufficiently attractive but that seemingly was only a personal peeve, not anything official.

Most nudist centres/beaches insist that they are for families and any age is accepted.

Today there were totally nude children on the beach opposite my house. Usual maximum for that is age 5. Topless girls seem to be acceptable until about 8.

On the local nudist beach there is no minimum and certainly no maximum. Aesthetics are unimportant.

Edited for PS. There are resorts where nudity is compulsory. All ages and sexes are nude. Then some mainstream Mediterranean beaches expect a certain degree of attractiveness for topless women (and can insist that beer-bellied men cover up).
