The first part of your question is to do with the brain, after you cum your brain lets out all these groovy chemicals that make you feel yummy and change your brain chemistry for a while.

The second part of your question is bullshit.........people don't just get married for sex, they get married for love/company/respect/procreation and any number of other reasons, people who get married for sex alone don't stay married for long and often end up despising each other and often themselves.
