Well, I live in a neighborhood, mostly middle to lower class (God knows teachers get paid nothing), and so there is a set of apartments next to my house in which several people (probably of my age, early 20s) live and party. It's the late night parties on weekdays, the cars with no mufflers flying down the alley at 2:00 AM, and the people screaming in a drunken stupor, not to metion backing into my fence with their cars (though I've solved that little problem with the help of several large stones capable of severe damage to the undersides of cars ).
