Cute bartender lives near my location. Any advice?

Have you talked to said bartender? Be mindful that they are in the customer relation business. Don’t make them feel uncomfortable. Just talk. Communication is key.

Not extensively. She seems comfortable around me and is happy to see me. But know it can be hard to tell

Not a chance. She has a guy, he has tattoos, in the automobile or roofing business. He has access to tools, disposal sites.

Take your time, slow build it. Learn all you can about her. And even then you will learn that she is unattainable
