Advice on story with low rating

My latest story in the Loving Wives category is called My Wife's Gentlemen Callers. It has only a 3.47 rating. It's too late to rescue this story's rating, but I wonder what I should do or avoid doing for my next one to do better. Advice greatly appreciated. Calvin
