I've never heard of a porn theater that required the use of condoms. It's really all about jerking off, and if you're there with your partner, you do stuff with them exclusively, privately. It's not a place for group sex or anything - those places flirt with the law enough as it is, they generally don't allow open sexual activity.

Unless your porn theaters are very different from mine, anyway.

I think we're talking about different types of places. The definition of "porn theater" I know is the kind that used to be all over Times Square back in the day. Those are jerk off joints. If sex is happening, it's some other definition of "porn theater" that I'm not familiar with.

Bear in mind that condoms aren't 100% safe though... so there's always going to be a chance that you could catch something or end up pregnant by a stranger. Best to avoid casual intercourse; there are plenty of other things you can do that carry no risk.

I really don't think there's such a thing in Kansas. Alcohol prohibition was repealed in Kansas in 1948. There is such a thing as a private club, where in the "old days" you could get mixed drinks. But, many of those have now gone, because the laws were changed about mixed drinks in 1987.

That law states that open saloons could sell mixed drinks, as long as a certain amount of the bar's sales were from food. That's mostly how the description of these places changed from "Bar and Grill" to "Grill and Bar'. Only 17 counties in the state of Kansas allow open saloons to sell mixed drinks without the food sale percentage.

Now when it comes to sex, Kansas is pretty conservative. I'd guess (without really knowing) that any such establishment is either illegal, or skirting the law quite a bit. Then, just as the mixed drink bars used to do, I'd guess you could have a private club where the laws might not bother you.

There are sex clubs where you can go where generally speaking the cops will stay away from. If you're looking for a more public type of place there are two types of places you are probably thinking of.

There are theaters that are built like regular movie theaters that play adult movies. Patrons will sit in the seats or stand up against the wall. Some will brazenly take out their cocks and start stroking them. In the last row someone might be sucking cocks. People will move close together to fondle each other or maybe more, but if they do so they do it very discretely. It's very dangerous and borderline dumb to fool around here. Most management types will come in and break up anything that goes on in a place like this depending on the time of day.

The other public place affords a little more privacy. You can go to adult store with a video arcade in it. There is usually an entrance fee ($5-$10) and there a series of video booths. Depending on where you go there might be gloryholes between booths and a lot of them are big enough to have multiple people in. This way you can be more selective and have some more privacy once you've chosen who to hook up with.

Playing in either type of place is illegal and dangerous (and can be fun I will admit). How much you get hassled by the management or employees depends on the place. They can't protect you if they get busted by the cops so be smart. If you aren't comfortable at all, don't do it. It's not worth the risk.

I live in the bible belt .... WHOOOO there are a ton of super-freaks. There are at minimum 5 groups in my area alone not to mention a ton of stores.

Okay so they are conservative by day and super-freaks at night.

Kansas has plenty of adult stores with arcades and theaters. And anyone thinking all that goes on there is some guys sitting watching porn is just being nieve (sp?).
