i love you to death and beyond. i'm okay at the moment. i took six pain pills this morning because i kept waking up the pain was so bad. i think there's lilliputians or something in my mouth jackhammering away.

Well, I've sent some pain management as well, if prescription ibuprophen will do the trick. You'd be amazed at some of the weird stuff I have stockpiled. I always fill my prescriptions, even though I know ful well that trying to take half of them would make me deathly ill. There's always someone who needs them more than I do. Usually it's my boss, but you're more fun to flirt with than she is
