I'm going to pay homage through the weekend to them all, by sporting as my AV a recent photo of Elle MacPherson. This photo was taken of her recently. She is 43!

Even when they aren't hot or smokin', women over forty are still more sexy than their under-forty counterparts. At least IMHO. Women above that magic age have more self confidence, more experience, and vastly more sexuality. Even before I was forty, I tried to always date women over forty.......Carney (who now considers forty year olds "younger women")

Mark Twain once wrote about how, when he left home in his teens he was astounded at how ignorant his father was, and when he returned in his twenties he was amazed to find out how much the old man had learned. When I was in my teens, I thought that women in their forties must be terribly old, and now that I'm . . . well, older, I'm amazed to find out how attractive they've become.

Seeing Mc's photo today, just reminded me again how women > 40 are highly desirable for a multitude of reasons. She's a mascot for the concept--the above named women, including you, are the delightful reality.

I couldn't agree more. What would have been seen as bodily imperfections in my twenties, are now badges of honor that I have EARNED!

One of the reasons I love the lesbian pornography of Girlfriends Films is the older women they frequently film. There's a woman named "Susan" who's in her 50s (at least) and is not at all "babe-ous" like some of those cited elsewhere here, but she's one of the most passionate humans one will ever have the privilege to witness. Another woman named Karin is over 60, also not babe-ous, but still awesomely sexy and passionate. There are others. I love it that Girlfriends is giving a growing audience a deeper appreciation of the glories of female sexuality, regardless of the age or appearance of the woman involved. These films are nothing less than hardcore porn, but they are no more "just smut" than are the better stories on this website.

I agree 100% with the views expressed by the person who started this thread. At the same time, the women, besides AH women, who are being cited are actresses and models who depend on their looks for their livlihood. Other women, in their forties and fifties, can be really hot and sexualloy desirable, if they want to be.

Women that age almost always have more self-confidence, knowledge of the world, and experience, and fewer illusions. They are more likely to speak their minds and less likely to be coy and want to play Archie and Veronica. These are all things that I find most desirable.

I not only think that way, I write that way too. I have a couple of stories about women in their forties and younger men, barely the minimum age. "Studmuffin19 & HotCrotchMomma" and the Marian and Ryan series come to mind, and I could probably think of some others.

neways, i think we have some great women in the AH, over 40 and under, i dont think age is a huge factor but yes, i don't think women over a particular age are as admired or appreciated as much as they ought to be.
