: 23 Years old
: 1 Younger sister (age 18) - Kelly
: Works in a bar and studying part time
: 6 foot 4 inches tall

Tom loved his life. He had a steady job, good friends and a great family. Sure the job was in a bar, which some people looked down on a little, but he didn't mind that at all. He enjoyed meeting new people every day, getting to know the regulars, and he even didn't mind having to deal with the ridiculously drunk people which were inevitably going to be a part of the job. It kept him busy, it paid the bills, and he had been there so long now that he had started to take on some responsibilities which he knew would be looking good on his resume. That along with his studies took up the majority of his time at the moment. He knew he was a decent looking guy, good looking most would probably say, and he was regularly asked about why he was single. He just didn't seem to have the time for it right now. Especially now that Kelly was living with him. His sister had just turned 18 and had decided years ago that she wanted to move out the minute she was 18. He had supported her in this, she was her own person and didn't want to be living with their parents, he just didn't expect her to move in with him. It wasn't that he didn't love his sister, they had always been close, he just wasn't used to having anyone around. So when she asked to come and live with him for a "while", he was reluctant, but he had never been able to say no to his baby sister and that hadn't changed so here they were. She was at least working and paying her way which was a nice bonus. Her moving in had led to the house being a lot busier though. Tom had friends over occasionally and had a good social life, but Kelly's was on a whole different level, it seemed everyday she had a friend of some description over. For his part he was just glad that it wasn't always guys coming over, she didn't have the greatest record. All of her female friends coming over did have an effect on him though. He may not have felt like he had time for a relationship, but he was still a guy, and all of these attractive 18 year old girls in his appartment all of the time was a little like torture.

Tom had just finished his shift at the bar and was heading home. He had opened up the bar at 8:30am and had worked right through till 5pm. It was a long shift, but it had been a good one, and it was good money so he shouldn't complain. The one thing he was looking forward to was changing out of the same clothes which he had been wearing all day. The bar uniform was lax, he just had to wear the black shirt with the bars name on it, but anything gets boring when you wear it all day, more so when you wear it most days. He strolled along the street, listening to music on his headphones, on the short walk back to the appartment. He was looking forward to getting home and making something to eat and then relaxing. He was allowing himself a night off from studying, the first in a while, so he would probably just chill out with his sister if she didn't have friends over. He got home to find the place empty, so he tossed his stuff on the sofa and went into the bathroom to turn on the shower, he had been looking forward to this shower for hours.

Holly had met Kelly when she switched high schools in the middle of the ninth grade. She like to consider Kelly her best friend but the feeling wasn't mutual. It wasn't that Kelly didn't like Holly, it was just that Kelly had a lot of friends. She often claimed to not even have a best friend. Holly would never admit it out loud, but it kind of hurt her feelings. Kelly had recently moved out of her parents house and moved in with her older brother. Holly envied her; not only was she stuck at her parents house till the end of her college career but Kelly was living with Thomas Parker. Sure, he has no effect on her obviously because she's his sister but the man is more than swoon-worthy. He was kind of a legend at our high school. He'd graduated the year before my ninth grade year so I only heard stories of him tearing up the football field, or dating some many girls in one week, or how he managed to be friends with everybody. Kelly had sworn up and down every year on her birthday that she'd move out the second she turned 18. She'd managed it, of course, Kelly can do all. Of course, she worked her brother over with the whole, 'But I'm your baby sister,' line and he caved again. At the beginning of July Kelly began preparations for Holly's 18th birthday. They'd graduated from high school one week before Kelly's birthday and the following weekend she was fully moved into her brothers two bedroom apartment. Kelly had planned a party for Holly and she had vowed to get Holly piss-drunk. Holly had scoffed and waved her off; Holly doesn't drink. The day of Holly's birthday Kelly had arrived at her doorstep in the morning. They spent the day together doing normal girly things and Holly was under the impression Kelly had forgotten about her party plans. But then when does Kelly ever forget about a party? At 4:30 Kelly had stood up from her lawn chair and put her hands on her hips. Holly glanced up at her, wincing at the sunlight.
"We've had enough tanning for today, don't you think?" She demanded and Holly stared at her like she was crazy.
"We've only been out her for a half hour," Holly said and she sighed as she came to Holly on her chair and pulled at her wrist.
"Come on! We're partying tonight, remember?" She whined as Holly finally budged and stood up.
"I thought you had forgotten..." Holly muttered and Kelly laughed at her sullen expression. Kelly was really beautiful, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes like her brother.
"When do I forget about a party?" Kelly said quizzically and Holly rolled her eyes, ignoring her. She smiled as if she was victorious, which she was since they were now changed and headed to her apartment. Tom's car was in the parking lot when they arrived but that doesn't mean he's there. The bar he works at is just down the street from their building so he could very well be at work.
"Did you even ask your brother if you could have a party here?" Holly asked as they walked up the two flights of stairs to her front door.
"No," She giggled and Holly stared at her open mouthed.
"You're terrible," She said shaking her head at her friend.
"What? You know he's gonna let me any ways," She said as she unlocked the door. She threw her purse on the couch and it landed on something before bouncing to the floor. Kelly glanced at the bag on the couch before retrieving her purse and placing it next to the black backpack.
"He's here," She said smiling and before she turned around to look for him, Holly spotted him leaving the bathroom. She gasped as she noticed he was wet and naked. Kelly spun around quickly and screamed when she saw her brother.
"THOMAS!" She yelled as she rubbed her eyelids trying to erase the image Holly soon realized she was still ogling at. His hands now cupped his jewels and he smiled uneasily at Holly so she gasped again and spun around quickly. Soon enough the slam of a door announced his departure.
"Oh my God, I am so sorry you had to see that!" Kelly said as she rubbed her temples and Holly frowned at her slightly before saying, "Uh.. Yeah. Ew. Gross.."

Tom had the shower on full blast, completely engrossed in what he was doing, he had been looking forward to it but he didn't realise quite how much he had needed it. As the water washed down on him, Tom let the stresses of the day fall away from him and just chilled out. Of course, having the shower on full blast did mean that he couldn't hear anything that was going on, he was shut off to the world completely.

When he got out of the shower, he realised that he hadn't brought out the shower. Tom cursed himself but it wasn't such a big deal, he was home alone so he could just walk the short walk across the corridor to his room. Well he had thought he was at home, but when he walked out, his sister and her friend where there, and he was completely naked.
"I would apologise for being undressed, but it is my place" He said "So I shouldn't really have to". He moved quickly across the room, trying to cover himself up, flashing an awkward smile at the friend. He couldn't quite remember her name in the moment, but it would come to him later.

He dashed into his room and got quickly dried off and changed into some jeans a tight fitting t shirt, nothing special, just his usual clothes for a night of lying around. He considered just sitting in his room for a while but he decided that he should probably go out and socialise at least a little. He racked his brains and finally came up with a name for the girl before he walked back out into the front room. He addressed his sister first "Thanks for warning me that we would be having company sis, much appreciated" He said with strong sarcasm in his voice
"Oh shut it Thomas, you shouldn't be walking around naked anyway" She snapped back.
"And you shouldn't be living here, but here you are" He replied casually, knowing that she knew he wasn't serious.
"Oh you love me being here Tom, so stop your complaining" Kelly said with the smugness that accompanies a girl who has always been popular.
Moving on to the friend now, Tom decided he should probably remember his manners, "Now that I'm more covered up, I can greet you properly to MY home" He said, emphasising that it was his place. "Hi there Holly, how are you doing today?" He asked.

Holly blinked rapidly before she realized Tom was talking to her.
"Oh.. Uh--" Kelly cut her off, unconsciously coming to her rescue.
"I need a favor, big brother.." She said sweetly as she bat her lashes and gave him a brilliant smile. He stared at her, already knowing where this was headed. He may be a pushover but he wasn't naive. She took his silence as a good sign and propped her elbow on his high shoulder.
"You see Tommy it's Holly's birthday today and I wanted to throw her a birthday party... but we don't have anywhere to have it... You see our problem here?" Kelly said and Tom rolled his eyes.
"Why can't you have it at Holly's house?" He asked as his eyes darted between his sister and Holly.
"Because she still lives with her parents and I'm going to get her wasted!" Kelly whined slightly and Tom folded his arms over his chest as he eyed his sister skeptically.
"How do you plan to do that?" Tom asked since neither Holly nor Kelly could legally purchase alcohol.
"You.." Kelly said simply and he sighed. She jumped at her opportunity to continue, "Well Tommy, who do you suggest we get it from? Some creep on the street? What if we get drugged? Or raped or something? You can't trust anyone but your friends and family these days.." She shook her head sympathetically and Tom sighed again before dropping his arms to his sides.

Tom just stared at his sister, knowing that he should be shocked at the ridiculous requests that his sister was throwing at him, but it was nothing new. While he looked like he was thinking about it, Tom was actually remembering a time when Kelly had organised a party back at their parents house. She was only 17 at the time yet had somehow managed to get her hands on everything required for the party. Even worse, she had somehow convinced Tom to take the blame from his parents when they came home and found the party going on.

He took a deep breath, already knowing it was a bad idea but he didn't see much of a way round this. Kelly always got her way eventually, it was better that he agreed now and retained some power over the situation.

"Okay, I agree to let you have the party here, but I have some conditions...." He started.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah" Kelly said in a laid back way, Tom knew already that she wasn't listening.
"Kelly you need to listen to this, otherwise no party" He didn't give her a chance to speak this time "Number 1, I'll be at the party to keep an eye on people. Number 2, You don't invite too many guys, You know I don't approve of some of the guys you know". He stopped for a breath and looked at both of the girls. Holly seemed to be listening but he wasn't so sure about Kelly.
"And finally, don't do anything stupid. Holly seems more sensible than you, make sure you look after her okay?" He let his words sink in, noting the slight smile on Holly's face, though he wasn't entirely sure why it was there. His train of thought was interrupted though by his sister jumping on him and wrapping her arms around him
"Thank you thank you thank you" She squealed "this is going to be so much fun. Come on Holly, we need to come up with a list of drinks for Tom to get us".

Holly sighed as she threw herself on Kelly's bed once in her room. Kelly was at her desk making lists: of who shes inviting, of drinks she wants and whatever else.
"Your brother said not many boys..." Holly felt the need to remind her and Kelly scoffed with a dismissive wave. Kelly left her room briefly to give her brother a list of alcohols she wanted and when she returned Holly hadn't moved.
"Okay so you're not wearing that!" Kelly said as she pointed to Holly's plain tank top and jeans. Kelly opened her closet and pulled out various dresses and threw them at Holly. She kept a short purple dress for herself and quickly changed into it. Kelly sorted threw the dress she'd thrown at Holly and held up a tight, light blue, spaghetti strap dress.
"Wear this please!" She said excitedly and Holly sighed as she held the dress against her and looked in Kelly's full length mirror.
"Alright.." Holly said and she tried to zip the dress herself but ended up needed Kelly's help. The dress was a tad too tight on Holly since Kelly's frame is much thinner and Holly's hips and breast are larger than Kelly's. Holly began to do her makeup and pulled her long hair out of its high ponytail. By the time Tom was back both the girls were ready and Kelly had called all their mutual friends to invite them over.

Tom had thought of plenty of reasons not to let Kelly have the party, but as always, his bright ideas had come far too late and he had already agreed to let her have the party. He could tell her he had changed his mind but that would only lead to arguing, and she would already have invited everyone anyway so what was the point. He sent a quick text out to some of his friends, inviting them over for the party, then strolled to the store where his friend worked to buy the booze. The minute he walked in, his friend shouted over "Yo, Kelly having another party man?".
"How'd you guess" Tom replied with a sigh. He handed over the list which Kelly had given him, and added on an extra bottle of whiskey for himself. If he was going to put up with this party, he was going to need something strong.

He headed back over to the house, checking his phone on the way to see a few friends had replied to say they would show their faces at the party. When he got back, he laid out all of the drinks on the counter in the kitchen, realising just how much he had bought. He kept his own whiskey to one side, he would hide that away somewhere so that nobody took it. He shouted to the girls that the drink was ready, but didn't wait for a reply. Tom went into his room and changed quickly, keeping the jeans on but switching for a dark blue button up shirt. He checked himself in the mirror, 'not bad' he thought to himself.

Holly's eyes widened at the amount of liquor on the counter and wondered how many people Kelly had planned to invite. Kelly giggled gleefully at the array of bottles and went about twisting open a bottle of Vodka.
"Come take a shot Holly!" She yelled and Holly rolled her eyes as she strolled over to Kelly at the counter, already filling to shot glasses.
"Isn't it a little early to start drinking?" Holly asked nervously and Kelly frowned at Holly.
"No! Just do it okay!" Kelly demanded and Holly sighed as she took the small glass from Kelly's fingers. On the count of three Kelly threw her head back and swallowed the shot with on flick of her wrist. She nodded to Holly for her to do the same and she did. The liquid burned like fire sliding down her throat and she scrunched her face up at Kelly.
"Blagh--How do you like this?" Holly asked but soon a fuzzy, warm feeling settled in her upper abdomen and she suddenly felt calmer.
"You'll have fun Holly, I swear," Kelly said as she crossed her fingers like the girl scout she used to be. The doorbell rang and Kelly clapped excitedly before she went to let in a few of our girlfriends. The girls giggled excitedly and hugged Holly, wishing her a happy birthday before prancing over to the counter.

Tom heard the giggling and screaming from the girls before he had even left his bedroom. He poured himself a drink into the glass which already had in his room, he would top it up with coke when he went into the kitchen. He took a deep breath to brace himself before he went out into the room. He didn't have a problem with any of his sisters girlfriends, but they were hard work sometimes. They were all very girly, lots of shouting, screaming and drinking. Well all except Holly it seemed. She had been around a long time, but because she was quiet Tom had never noticed her a lot, but she had always seemed nice.

He walked out into the room and saw Kelly and a few girls who had arrived had already started on the drink, they were doing shots of one of the many bottles of vodka which Tom had bought for them. Holly was standing with them, reluctantly doing shots along with them. He had thought earlier that maybe the mass drinking wouldn't be to Holly's taste, so he went over to give her a short reprieve. He tapped her on the shoulder, and when she turned around, he leaned down to give her a quick kiss on the cheek "Happy Birthday Holly, enjoying the shots?" He asked laughing, knowing the answer already.

Holly gasped lightly at the unexpected kiss from Tom and smiled shyly to her toes before responding.
"I don't get it.. It taste awful but it feels wonderful," Holly shrugged and when her friend Bette handed her another shot she slowly threw her head back. That was already her fourth so she decided to take it easy for a while. More people showed up. Some older guys Holly didn't know walked into the kitchen filled with girls.

Tom laughed at her reaction to the kiss, and to her comment about the drink. He had never heard alcohol summed up better by anyone. She seemed to be handling the vodka pretty well at the moment, but he knew that if she kept going at the pace she had started at, Kelly would get her wish of seeing Holly wasted. Tom decided that he would leave Holly to it and go socialise a little bit, some of his friends had arrived and had instantly moved towards the girls, typical. He walked over to the group and announced himself
"Not even a greeting for the host of the party?" He asked, causing the people around him to laugh. He hugged and greeted the people who were around, while at the same time scanning around the party, the big brother in him making him watchful. He looked across the room to see Kelly turning on some music on her iPod, before she turned back to a big group, a mix of guys and girls. He didn't recognise any of the guys, which strangely seemed a good sign to him because the guys he would have recognised, he didn't like. His eyes also picked up Holly as he scanned, standing with the group. She did have a drink in hand but had at least seemed to have slowed her pace a little which he was glad about.

At this point he decided to grab some shots for all of the guys. Thinking about what everybody liked and didn't like, he decided to go for rum, knowing that it would get at least one of the guys really drunk, and he was funny when he was drunk. He came back over, carrying all of the shots with all the skill expected of a barman, and handed them out. Tom quickly threw back his and laughed as his friend Steve managed to pour the drink all over himself, drunk people always amused him.

Guys around Holly tried to talk to her, some even asked her to dance but she declined. Much more interested in watching Tom across the room with his friends. She giggles when she notices a man spill his drinks contents down the front of his shirt. Kelly pulled on Holly's wrist to get her attention. When Holly complied and walked towards two guys, she lost sight of Tom. Kelly introduced the boys as Ralph and Mike and Holly smiled politely in return. The boys were cute, they had the whole average American boy thing going for them. Ralph strikes up a conversation with Kelly, leaving Holly to stand awkwardly next to Mike.
"So you're the birthday girl?" Mike asked and Holly nodded as she sipped at her drink. Her eyes roamed the room, she marveled at how quickly the apartment filled.
"Well happy birthday, then." Mike said with a wide, goofy smile and Holly smiled back briefly before turning away slightly.
"How old are you?" He asked. His voice had gotten louder, he had to yell over the music and now that Holly was turned away from him he couldn't talk right to her ear.
"18," Holly said simply before taking another sip of her drink. Mike's lips turn up into a smug smile as he observes Holly's body appreciatively.
"No longer jail bait, huh?" Mike was suddenly whispering into Holly's ear and she sneered at him as she took a few steps away. Holly glanced past Mike to look for Kelly but she and Ralph must have went to get more drinks or something. Holly sighed, sometimes she wished Kelly wouldn't abandon her like this.
"Do you want to dance Holly?" Mike asked as he moved closer to her, trapping her between the wall and his body. She squirmed uncomfortable as she shook her head, "No, excuse me." She tried to push past him but he pulled her back by her arm, "Hey don't be like that. It's just a dance."

Tom had thrown back a few drinks and he was starting to think that this party wasn't such a bad idea anymore. He had got talking to a few girls who were kinda cute, but he got the idea that they had just heard his reputation from back in school and wanted to see whether he was the real deal. He wasn't particularly interested in the girls, but hey the attention is always nice. It was only when the last of these girls had moved away from him that he remembered that he wanted to keep a look out for Kelly and Holly. He scanned the room quickly and saw Kelly across the room picking up a drink with some guy that he didn't recognise, but no Holly. He made his way over towards Kelly and the guy to see where she was.

"Hey Kelly, where's Holly, you said you'd look after her" He said, a little annoyed with her.
"Hiiii Tommy" She slurred, already a little drunk "This is Ralph, say Hi".
"Yeah, yeah whatever, Hi Ralph, I'm Kelly's brother so don't try anything" He said, not having the patience for Kelly when drunk or for whoever she had decided to chat up "Where's the birthday girl?"
"Oh I don't know, I left her talking to some friend of Ralphs, so she could make friends" Kelly replied, turning back to Ralph.
"Urgh sometimes I could kill you Kelly, don't leave your friends with random guys, especially when I'm guessing he's older, I'll find her" Tom said, unable to hide the disappointment in his voice with his sister. It was one of her worst traits, once she had her eyes on a guy, everything else was lost to her.

Tom scanned the room once again, looking for any sign of Holly. The blue dress she was wearing would stand out, or so he had thought, but there was no sign. That was until by chance he looked back over towards where the iPod was. He only looked because the music had suddenly seemed louder, but there was Holly, pressed up against the wall with a guy in front of her. He thought that maybe she had hit it off with the guy, but it didn't look that way, and when he saw her try to get away he knew something was going on. He started to move towards the pair of them as the guys arm shot out, stopping Holly from getting away. She looked more than a little panicked now, so he sped up to get over there. When he was confident he was in earshot of them both, he spoke up
"Hey Holly, this guy giving you trouble?" He started, before he was interrupted by him.
"Hey back off man, we're just about to dance here" He said in an aggressive tone which Tom didn't much like.
"Drop the attitude man, this is my house and I'll kick you out of here, anyway I was talking to Holly, where you about to dance with him or is he causing trouble?" He asked again.
