I've heard pissing during an orgasm is really intense.

However, one of the drawbacks to being a man is with all the plumbing connected, peeing after ejaculating can be difficult and occasionally painful. I try to keep an empty bladder before engaging in any sexual activities.

Definitely. A full bladder presses against the G-spot, hence a more intense orgasm. Actually, sometimes a full bladder makes me horny.
