An old thread I know, but as I've been out of the loop for so long I've been browsing the older stuff on the forums. I suppose I'm an active writer or at least I will be again fairly soon. I'm looking through stories and finding stuff I want to add to... or in some cases stories I want to finish that would be Secret Agent Tim.

Anyway I'm also an active editor on two of my stories Rock Festival and The Diner, although I'm no longer writing for them myself. My third story Is closed as I later realised it wasn't interactive, which I'm probably going to remove in it's entirety and start working on it as an actual novel.

I'm not sure if this is within the capabilities of the new moderators, or if they'll even have the time to do so soon, what with all the updating that will be going on. But, has any thought been given to contatcing authors who left the site due to it's inactivity, or for other than personal reasons?

We have had some good people leave just due to frustration. Anyone have old email adresses? Contact those authors, and tell them things are on the mend!

If they have notification for story approval turned on and their email address is current, old authors should at least get an email saying that their story has been approved. This will at least give them a clue that things have changed.

Hi guys, just did a google and glad to see you all still remember me. Unfortunately, if I can google, so can my folks, which was the reason I left in the first place. (Messy situation with them threating my children because of my "Deviant Lifestyle..." Add to that that I often had some rather lurid depictions of rape in my stories... Let's just say it wasn't pretty...)

I like the fact that Chyoo3 is up and about, and I'm thinking that a new pseudonym over there might be a good idea... (The problem is trying to come UP with one...)
I'm just hoping you all will take me back...

Okay, I did this kinda sneaky, but I'm trying not to leave anything THAT BLARES what my new pseudonym is.

I joined chyoo3 twice. Once with my old brevdravis name, and once with my new one. You can't miss it, since I joined right after my other.

Can't wait to start writing again... Wonder how long it'll take ya to import Quiet Streets.... (Still my favorite story that I wrote...)

I have been looking to see if there is a way to send an email to everyone, but right now i havent seen a way. I would do it one by one, but there is 1148 pages of members with 25 members per page. So i think i will just nix that idea lol. Oh and queen of dairy, i checked the status of 69 and it says it is still active. I dont know if it worked but i pressed the update button, so you might want to try it again. If it still doesn't work I believe I can change the editor to your new account.

Glad to see that you are back. I will have to revisit Quiet Streets and see if I can finish my story line there.

So your parents just google your name just to see what you are up to? Well you could always make up a name that would confuse them and one of the moderators could switch your stories from your old name to your new one.

I haven't read one of yours for awhile, so I can't comment on weird references.

Well as I find myself delving back into writing upon here again...I've been perusing the stories and looking to find who's active and will be around to approve threads. Soooo decided to start this thread and kindly ask either you leave a note that you're active, or even maybe a list of authors/editors you know are still around and will approve stories. Perhaps even if you've taken over stories for someone, leave those down. This would be much appreciated...thank you!

PS anyone know if Imhotep is still around...been kinda thinking bout working on one of his stories I wrote a few threads for.

I can say definitely that the account "69" is inactive, because that was my original chyoo pseudonym which became inactive when one of the updates disallowed such a short pseudonym...

I can transfer ownership of these stories over to queen_of_dairy if you like.
