Try re-creating the account and prehaps have her send it to yahoo again. It might just be a glitch that Laurel and Manu haven't caught yet perhaps?

FWIW, I know a lot of Yahoo mail users who have had a ton of trouble receiving emails lately. Sometimes they don't arrive until days later, and sometimes they don't come at all.

So, your friend might want to switch to a more reliable email provider, like Gmail.
