Hi,
can anyone tell me what RAAC means? I've seen several authors use the acronym, but can't find it anywhere in slang dictionaries etc. I haven't come across it previously - perhaps because it is not used 'across the pond.'
Any help would be appreciated.

That’s the problem with any but the most well-known acronyms (FBI, CIA, NATO, UK, etc).

Maybe context helps, but any writer who uses obscure slang, dialect or acronyms is asking for their readers to become confused. Do it often enough and they leave.
