I can confirm the rumor. I did it yesterday. Admittedly, it's easier to do it when the weather is in the mid 60s and clear instead of under 2 feet of snow. I'm a lucky girl.

yeah here there's no snow but it's so fucking cold....

i realized this morning when i went outside that if i were putting my toe in water this cold, i would NOT be on my way to swimming happiness. I would run away.
