Account not working

I've been on here for about a month now, did all the verification etc, but it still seems my account isn't fully active. When I go to my profile it says "Virgin", but whenever I post something I'm listed as "guest". Also, I'm not able to save any info in my profile - I type in details, click save, and it's gone.

It seems I'm able to send private messages but I'm unable to receive them.

I've sent three emails to the site admins about this without getting any reply. Does anyone else experience this?
