? about the story submission guidelines

i'm a bit puzzled by something about something in the submission guidelines. there's a couple of things that the site operators will not accept. that's fair: it's their site and they set the rules. i understand that. but what i find a bit odd is what i consider to be an inconsistency.

1. no stories may depict minors. i'm way on board w/ that. that's fine. i like that.
2. no stories may depict bestiality. this one, i think, is a bit odd.

on a site that accepts stories involving non-consent and incest, i find that second prohibition peculiar. i understand it isn't really the most popular thing, but am i alone in finding a disconnect there?
