I just want to give ample and fair warning. I will be ignoring all complaints about the future size of my sig line. I fully intend on continuing to add in quotes from youse Moos until the time comes that when I post to a thread, it takes up a whole fucking page.

You are supposed to wear it 16-24 hours a day. (24 if you crave that morning cig, which was the one I looked forward to the most )

I usually change it after my morning shower.. about 7am. Today.. I kinda slept in so I didn't get my shower on time. It wasn't until 11 am that I finally got my shower. Even though I'd had the patch on for 28 hours I still wasn't craving any.

I'm going to finish out the 10 weeks.. but honestly..I don't know if I "need" to. I'm not craving cigs at all.

The last time I tried the patch, it kept me up at night. Do you have that problem? Zyban just made me feel freaked out.

In all seriousness, I probably will do the patch again though. It did really take care of the cravings. I have some old ones - wonder if they're still good....
