I'm single, with a new love in my life. Unemployed, and trying hard to find a job (after 30 years of working!!). No children, but people are ageless on this thread (thank goodness!).
Just wrote my first poem; hope to expand and write some stories in the future.

i miss my baby... her name is max and she's a tabby. i think she's about 7 years old but she was a stray i adopted so i don't really know.
it's weird that the thing i miss most from home is my kitty. i guess it's because i can't talk to her on the phone (except her plaintive mews when she wants to eat and my sister is ignoring her to talk to me). oh well... 12 more days
