If the defense doesn't end up on a steroid infused rage over which he had no control over, I'll be surprised. I heard the evidence today and the defense will have a lot of 'splainin' to do, which will be tough because Hernandez will not be going near the stand. If he did it would be legal malpractice because no lawyer would put someone so stupid in front of prosecutor.

my boy got caught not too long ago with an AK-47(dirty) an with no paper for it nor cerial on it. they gave him 25yrs in jail with chances of parole after 20yrs.
