The exclamation point in the bottom left of each post allows you to report it for abuse, spam, personal attacks etc.
I didn't know about it before, so thought I'd pass on the tip for those who also did not know how to report posts they find unconscionable. Use your wisdom, discretion and sense when employing it.

I've used it for the first time today as well. Unfortunately, I had to take the person off ignore to do it, but he's right back on the ignore list again.

It seems to work on ad-spam. One can hope that the community outrage will cause it to be used as an expression of disgust, as well.
