Need some string to get it right but if I go by my fingers thumb to first finger tips which just touch when round it. They measure about 8-9"

I don't mind a quick blow anytime

very sure it would be not be a quick wind ... and would last a looong time .... winds tends to blow with strong force then just slack off just to let you grasp a breath
