She had been sitting on the bus since 5pm for just under 3 hours when it finally reached her stop. She unloaded her two carry on bags and got off the bus.

She hadn't brought much.. enough for the weekend and something special just in case.

She was quite excited.. about meeting the person she'd been corresponding with for so long and also about being in the city. Kiya had been born and raised in "the boons" her whole life and rarely visited the city at all.

She strapped her backpack on her back and her tennis bag over her shoulder.. she was fairly well packed but she was sure he'd have somewhere to drop this stuff off and get changed before they got too far into their day..

They were supposed to meet at a tim hortons not far from where she was dropped off.. now to find the place.

He is sitting on the train while it is pulling into the station. Not know what to expect, he gets off and head to Tim Hortons.

He arrives in Tim Hortons and orders himself a tea, and pick up a news paper.

He takes a seat, wait for her eagerly sipping his tea, reading the local paper. Hopeing she didnt bring much with her, its still another half hour trip to his place.

Shes later then expeted and he starts to worry if she missed the bus, or if its just delayed. Maybe she couldnt find the Tim Hortons.

She finally find the Timmy's and heads in

*damn I'm late* she thinks as she sees the clock behind the counter but then as she scans the room she sees who she was looking for.. she recognized him from pictures though he did look slightly different with clothes on.

The coffee shop isn't busy so she orders her usual.. a triple, double xl tea and poppy seed bagel with plain cream cheese and heads towards the table..

she feels comfortable about him already but isn't sure exactly how things will go.

Sitting in his chair, not really paying attention to what going on around him, he looks up and notices her walking towards him.

He folds closed the paper and stands up and greets her with a smile on his face. Thinking to himself, wow she looks just as beautiful as the pictures he had seen. He offers to take her bag, and puts it down beside the table.

After resting the bag on the floor, and letting her remove the back pac from her back. He greets he with a big hug, and offers her a bouque of flowers that he had purchased while exititng the train station, hopeing she liked exotic flowers.

Looking at the baby he pulls out a toy he had purchased, hoping to bring a smile to her face.

Hes still stunned, at how beautiful she looks. Much different then the pictures, but in a good way.

The 6 month old baby grabs the toy and begins to chew on it gurgling and spitting with joy.
I sit down and take a sip of my tea.

"it's so nice to finally meet you in real life. It's been great chatting with you but its nothing compared to this" I say

"So whats the plan?"

"We'll, we could find a locker to put your stuff in and wander the city. Or we could get on the next train to my place, where we could sit, relax and get to know each other more"

Taking a sip of my tea, I look over to the baby. Watching her play with the toy, such a cute little smile.

So how was the trip?

"the trip wasn't too bad, kind of boring and not too fun for the baby" I say, and then I think over our choices.

"would you mind heading back to your place? its getting kinda late and the baby is a bit fussy, not that you can tell, but we've got all weekend to do stuff, it might be better tomorrow" I say as I begin to eat my bagel.

"Not at all, Lets finish up here. The train station is a 5 to 10 minute walk away. If we time it right we can get there just in time to catch a train".

Taking a sip of my tea, burning my tounge. I look at the clock and notice we have half an hour until the next train.

"So I assume you dont come to the city much, Have you ever been to the CN Tower, or and other of the big attractions Toronto has to offer?"

"you're right, I dont know the city well at all, I dont think i've been here since grade 8, and that seems like a long time ago to me"

I finish off my bagel and give the baby a dab of cream cheese off of my finger and she bites me and then begins to giggle. I laugh too.

"if we have some time we could walk if you wanted." I offer

"Sure we got time to walk, Its just down the street"

Finishing my tea, I pick up the tray with all the stuff on it and put it in the garbage.

"so you ready?" I say putting on my jacket.

I put on my jacket over me and the baby who I am carrying in a front pouch carrier and I pick up my bags.

"well we should probably find somewhere to put these"

"no bother finding a place if we are only gunna walk around for a bit, Ill carry them"

Taking the bags from you, I start out the door, holding it open for you.

Point to the south, "its that way to the train station, from there we can walk down the street a little and you can see the cn tower, the skydome, and air canada center"

Pointing to the north, "Eatons center is up there, along with a bunch of shops, and a few restaurants".

" are you sure about the bags?"
"eatons sounds good to me, I love looking at stuff I don't have enough money to buy" I laugh

"Yea Im sure, there actually kinda light" flexing my muskels showing off.

"eastons center it is" facing the north i slowly start walking towards the mall. Readjusting the bigs so im more comfortable carrying them..

"So is there anything special you are looking for, or were you just wanting to browse?"
