So I'm feeling chatty and I'm not focused on any particular subject. I might even be up to answering silly personal questions if anyone wants to ask anything.

So check this out, last night I had a really intense dream about mental/psych domination and manipulation. It centered around the induced orgasm thing and in the dream I walked into a small bdsm gathering and had this feeling of basically ultimate power and control. I went through several subbies that I had never met before and manipulated them into mindblowing orgasms with only a few light touches to help guide the process and ended up with finally taking a domme through the same kind of experience. and i have to agree with Master, that the dog next door to Him is a pain in the butt. it's funny though when a cop goes by with sirens the thing howls and sounds like it's dying. the first time i heard it i was like wtf was that??? and then couldn't quit laughing. so Betticus, You're in a chatty mood, what is the topic of discussion tonight?? nothing in particular?? i'd like a good chat about anything, but as i am not good at decision making, i'll leave the topic up to someone else

When I was a teen I had a neighbor that left their yappy mutt out. It would keep me up all night and talking with the neighbors didn't help as they apparently had some kind of anti-bark hearing.

So I got a slingshot and a shitload of steel shot for it and took the screen off of my window. It took a couple of weeks but I eventually trained the neighbors dog to not bark at night.

In your case I would just start to make the public nuisance complaints. After three or so they come and fine the owner. Eventually they will take the dog if the situation is not fixed. Dogs are social animals and bark and howl at night because they are alone. Usually. Some are just assholes!
