In the intro to this song he says, "I asked Father McCarran if it was alright for me to sing a song about cunnilingus here in this place. The father thought about it for awhile and then said, 'I'm not sure.'

So we're doing it anyway. And for all the young children in the house, cunnilingus is Latin for clean up your room."
