A fantasy story i would like to make or read would be a woman sun-bathing alone or doing house work alone while a strong man breaks in, ties her up, and pretends like he is going to rape her. But instead of actual rape, the man would just passionatly tease the woman and give her mind-blowing oral sex, then leave when she is completely spent and tired. I bet the ladies wouldn't mind an intruder like this

What if it turned out to be her husband/ lover (or someone hired) as part of a role play scenario? Similar to the one in the Ian Bainks novel Complicity.

Or how about flipping it around.

The scenario:

A marriad man working at home, a knock on the door; a strange woman on the step; she needs to use the phone so he lets her in.

She then spends the rest of the time trying to get him into bed. As he resists she gets more and more frustrated, eventually she uses something to knock him out.

When he comes around, he is naked and tied up in his bed.
