Cold water, not frozen.....now tubing on a frozen lake while being pulled by a whatcha macall it, now that is fun.

This one time in College....we were being pulled around by a four wheel drive truck and the ground and roads were all frozen solid. Here we were tubing behind it and WHAM-O ran right into a light pole (2 of us) and the others lost control as he rounded the corner and went over an embankment! Oh Jack Daniels and Jim Beam were friends of mine, but back then we called it Anti-Freeze!!!

Yup. For years. I was a Daddy's girl, where he went, I went. That included freezing my ass off sitting out on the ice, and catching more fish then the men. Hahaha. I hate fish too!!! I never told him I was frozen, in fact, got frost bite on my thumbs one time because I hadn't told him how cold I was. There was no way I was going to admit to him I wasn't his best girl.

Merelan, I have not been ice fishing in YEARS, heck I don't even remember what we tried to catch. I think the last time I went I caught a mean buzz and then passed out!!!!

My cousins have threatened to take me for years now, but no one has followed thru on the idle threat...

Find out before you agree whether or not they have one of those fancy ass houses available now. They are electric, heated and nicer then some places I have lived. Pretty much all you catch is pneumonia, if you aren't careful. You fish for all the standards, depending on where you are and what bait you have. Buzzed? Maybe that's what I was doing wrong. I was the only one not drinking. Damn.
