A Sexy Cult - End of the World

So, a quick rundown of the plot of my story:

INTO THE NIGHT LAND​

There is a tear in the fabric of our universe and through it come these Nightmarish and Shadow based monsters and human-like aberrations and distorted creatures. Think Silent Hill kind of monsters. The creatures have a desire to consume humanity and can "corrupt/infect" objects infused with large amounts of sentiment and emotion. Within 2 weeks they've reduced the population in North America greatly, but out in Utah a new government and settlement is being built(no, NOT Mormon). I've got a man and a woman traveling together, trying to make their way to this settlement and along the way he gets "cursed" with a Nightmare arm that allows him to harness some of the abilities of the monsters. And on top of that, they join up with a British man here on holiday when the disaster occurred and he attempts to make contact with a more passive monster that they nickname "Peaches".

My problem: the settlement out in Utah although presented over radio broadcasts calling out to other survivors as a beacon of hope and salvation, will actually not be all on the up and up. The whole thing is run and being put together by a man named Christopher Piper and he will be a bit of a charismatic if not unsettling figure. There will be some bias against the main guy with the corrupted arm and of course their friend Peaches when they arrive and the woman will be separated and forced into a "breeding" program since there will not be too many women left. As per the story being of an erotic nature, she will of course already be impregnated by either one of her traveling companions.

I need to figure out a basis for Piper's organization and what he's trying to accomplish. Sex will be a big part of it but I also like the idea of rituals and sacrifice being involved. I just don't know what his "gospel" is. Something like the "wrath of God is upon us" or something warped to make having ritualistic sex with the women okay and something that people would willingly listen to and want to join his community. So, on the outside, it should appear welcoming and inviting but there's an internal layer with all of this other stuff going on.

Anybody want to help me brainstorm ideas?

May as well do the standard cult thingy. As in you got one guy who is quite persuasive and promises all sorts of things, but also demands to screw the women. Now normally the cult leader is a pedophile and wants younger girls to be his 'wives' or perhaps 'vessels of the power of god'. More or less the same thing, in fast talk, give me your little girls so I can fuck them.

Granted that is so not going to work, but if you take out the pedo part that gives you the rest of the cults. Now there are two ways for this to go, the harem route, as in the only guy fucking the women is the leader. The other way is the leader fucks all of the women but so do the other guys. I can see this going better, since well the women would at least be satisfied, and then some.

As for the rituals, honestly, for the most part all that happens in the rituals is the same thing you see in a catholic church, with altered words. Sometimes they even take out the no sex before marriage shit and go more for a fuck anyone you want so long as it's the leader. For this cult though I am seeing the standard sermons altered to fit the world and ending in mass orgies.

As for the breeding thingy, she leads a train more or less. In actual terms when it's not the leader getting all the pussy the women in the breeding program are unpaid whores. Their 'customers' come to them in their room or tent, fucks them and leaves again to let the next guy have her.

This vaguely reminded me of an old episode of Star Trek the Next Generation. It had something to do with a colony of drunken Irish that had to be transported to another planet since their old planet blew up or something. What stuck in my brain, besides the hot Irish lass in the knit half-top, was that since it was a small colony the women would have to have children with 3 different men in order to have enough genetic diversity to have a healthy colony.

I'd make the leader some kind of charlatan.

Make him claim that he survived an attack by the Shadow Monsters because of his superior something.

(Genetics, willpower, ability to control his emotions...etc.)

Make it sound like this ability needs to be passed down to future generations to ensure survival. (Or somehow make it seem like sex can impart this ability). You can even have him stage a phoney demonstration of his survival ability.

Perhaps a few of his lackeys can pretend to have this 'ability' as well so that they can be seen as deputy authority figures.

This can then be contrasted with the hero, who has actually survived a encounter with the shadow creatures.

I like the idea of the leader calling his group 'The Light's Chosen' or some such thing. Makes it sound like he has a inner light that can't be quenched by the dark creatures and sounds suitably cult-like.

Out of curiosity, what kind of powers does the hero get from his shadow arm?
