I've asked this of a few of you, and no one really seems to know the answer, so I'm bringing this to the board for a little insight, if possible?

When a woman ejaculates/squirts...where is the fluid coming from, and what can be going wrong if she does not orgasm, she only "squirts"?

The fluid comes from glands in the urethra.

That does not mean it is urine, though.

I wonder if ejaculating without an orgasm could simply be a matter of pressure being applied to those glands without there being sufficient arousal to orgasm?

I don't know the answer to that one.
I have never done it.

It is possible to squirt without orgasm, though I can see that it would possibly be difficult. Disappointing as well.

Anytime I have squirted, I had no idea it was coming and didn't know how I did it.

I suppose it is different for all women.
