Author Douglas Adams, who wrote The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, has died suddenly aged 49.

I don't know about the rest of you, but the Hitchhiker's Guide series were books I really liked when I was growing up. It's so sad when someone cool dies this young.
