My mother just called even as my father sent me the recipe. She made pulled pork in her crock pot using a recipe from a cook book I had given my father to give to her.

They both claimed it was incredible.

I'll be trying it later on this week.

1 Pork Shoulder Roast (about 2 1/2 pounds)
1 bottle (14 ounces) BBQ Sauce
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon brown sugar
1 medium onion chopped
8 Hamburger Buns or Hard Rolls

Place roast in crock pot. Cover; cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high for 5 to 6 hours.

Remove roast from crock pot. Discard cooking iquid. Shred Pork with 2 forks. Return pork to crock pot. Add BBQ Sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and Onion. Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour or low for 2 hours. Serve on rolls or buns.

I'll be trying this later this week.

Sounds delicious! I sometimes use a variation to make a kind of sweet and sour pork. Use pork roast, about 2-3 pounds, 1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce, and a generous squeeze of whole grain dijon mustard. Cook on Hi in crockpot (yours may do better on low, mine's old) until it all falls apart, about 8 hours, shred, and enjoy!
