Honestly I'm not sure which is worse, the idea, or the fact that it happens.

Just to be all inclusive, for the most part when a show house is being used by a real estate agent for sex, she or he is having an affair and it is a good place to do the fucking. Seriously, a show house is only unlocked when the agent is going to show it and on open house days.

Another one that was rather a neat idea, a real estate agent used to be a hooker and knows other 'working girls' so sets up a brothel that is parties at a house they are trying to sell. This varies state to state but in some places a real estate agent if they have problems selling a house, or it is a high end so not many looking, will furnish the house so the prospective buyers can see it with a lived in look.

That is from a TV show and there was a murder but still, it is a good idea and perhaps does happen anyway. Pigs will do anything to get laid.
