A question for those of you who have RP'd stories based on your life

I've got a story or two in mind, based on situations I wished had gone differently (basically, situations where I regret not making a move). Has anyone RP'd this kind of situation? Did it help you leave the regret behind, or just make it worse?

I also role played out a few bits of my life. in a chat room scenerio and found it thought heart rending at the time it helped my perspective on what i should have done rather than what i did . I agree with Vivi try it . whats the worst that can happen Dr pepper
