Two questions really. Are you published? And if you are why don't you let everyone know?

I know I'd be interested in reading anything anyone here has written.

Do you mean published as in Real Life? I've had a couple magazine articles - the reason I don't let anyone here know about it is that it would be the same as posting my real life name and address. Just not the best idea in the world.

If you mean online - I've got stories here at Lit.

Duh! Ok, that makes perfect sense and I did mean in Real Life. Is that everyones reason?

1) Yes.
2) Are you kidding???? Some of the people who read porn are fucked up. They think "Muffin writes porn. Muffin wants me to fuck her." <-- this scenario is a garaunteed Go preceded by a No get the fuck off my station. Giving my real name is giving all the "find me!" details of my life.

Sorry hunny, there are a few people I've met here whom I'd share such private details. Most don't ask and I never volunteer myself.

I'm proud of what I've done and all that, but I'm not stupid.

Ok, once again duh!

I wouldn't call myself stupid... but definately naive when it comes to the internet. It honestly never occured to me to be worried about the people online.

I had just gotten a pm from someone here who told me where I could find a book they wrote. The first thing that came to mind was... I'd buy it and then why don't more authors here promote their work?

Is it safe to say that all of the authors here feel the same way?

*shrugs* I dunno....

I think it could be the *tootin one's own horn* thing too...

I've had poetry published onlilne and in print many many times and a couple of my erotic stories also. And presently, I am considering publishing a chapbook of poetry. And believe me... when i get something published in print all my RT friends and family know about haha

But here, geesh.. there are so many writers that are infinitly better than me... I really just can't compare or compete. Here, I am just another piece of straw in the bale of hay. ;)

Yes, sort of. I have a story included in the Literotica anthology, but it won't be released for another month or two. (Last word was a September release (?))

You are not the answer guy. :p

Besides, for some reason I can't print anything from the internet and I got tired of asking the help desk.
