A question for the ladies

Half a dozen times I've had acquaintances stand next to me and place or push their breast against my arm.
Are women always aware of doing this, or can it be unintentional? The instances in which I am referencing occurred in pubic in business settings and there was no overt eye contact or other signs of flirting prior to the physical encounter.

usually it is unintentional they are just there and when trying to move by someone it is difficult to move around sometimes depending on the situation

The persons were not trying to move by me, in fact one occurred sitting in a conference room as we sat next to each other, and one on a plane. Each lasted for several seconds before I moved my arm.
The first time it occurred I was in high school; I sat next to the girl for three years in homeroom. It occurred twice; she was married, btw.
I should add I love flirting, but have always shied away from flirtingt with and sexual encouters with those I worked with or attended school with unless I was interested in more than a sexual encounter. I have had many girl friends (emphasis on friend) and since the 8th grade usually had a girl friend (traditional meaning), lover or lived with someone until I married at 29. We've now been married 34 years.
I've had, and even initiated such contact in bars in my twenties; some lead to one nighters. I know it's impossible to know what's going on in the mind of others, but in those reading this, the question is, have you ever done this intentionally? And what was the intent?

Honestly? Some of it sounds like good old power teasing. We don't really want to go any farther, but we know what a little thing like a boob graze does to you gentlemen. Some women get off on that power. I never have.....on purpose....just "accidentally"...

I'd say it is probably intentional. Although I am small chested so when I do that I have to be really close to the person.
