A Question About Incest

Personally I am not into incest all that much but I am non-judgemental of people who are into harmless incest. I do have a question though.

Is it incest if the family members are related through marraige or as a step relative? Like if a guy is fucking his father's girlfriend is that incest? Because I kind of like that idea as a story. Takes the Mrs Robinson thing to a whole new level.

I think your question depends on which society you are in. Some societies count parents and siblings of in-laws as family. The U.S. although does not traditionally count that as incest.It is definitely close to being it and stimulating to think about.

If you look up the term incest in a dictionary or encyclopedia you will most likely see it defined as sex between people who are too closely related to be married. Therefore sex between in-laws and cousins rarely count as incest.

No, it's not. But, if you are talking about Literotica's story category there's a reason they added the "taboo" half of the name. That "allows" one to read/write in-law or step relation stories too. Same with an uncle that married your mom's sister. He's not related to you. But, if ya fucked him it certainly would be "taboo"...

Purely legal terms within the US incest is close blood relatives.

On a broader scale sexual relationships with any family member is considered incest.

As per the story section of this site incest is almost any family relationship no matter how distant.

This site in the incest stories they included non-relation Godparents which is a stretch.
