A problem with moving pics from one comp to another

I copied a whole bunch of picture, sound, and Word files onto CDs from my old computer. It took up 4 discs. The problem is, the pictures on one of the CDs won't come up on my new computer. None of the pics would come up on my old computer after I copied the files.

Can anyone help me get it so that the pictures on the one disc will show up on my computer?

Lets see if I have this correct.

You copied a bunch of images to cd to move to a new computer. And once you did, none of those images can be displayed. AND none of the original files can be displayed either? Are you absolutely certain you could display those files before you copied them?

It almost sounds like you tried moving files that were already corrupted.

I could open them before I copied them, but once they were on the CD, I couldn't open them. This happend only with picture files that were on one disc. The rest of the files on the disc are fine, as are the pictures on the other CDs that I copied.

Weird, huh.

I'll say. Perhaps if you post one of the images, someone might be able to tell you more about what is wrong with them.

Ok, let's try one. I guarantee it won't come out though, as it's on a CD. I had to delete the original files, as they were on a computer that I brought to work. That's why I copied them onto CDs.
