A stopped clock is correct twice a day and that is my average number of posts since I have registered at Literotica. Actually, the stopped clock model is a pretty good analogy to describe how often I have something constructive to add to the dialogue here. That being said, I am approaching 200 posts in the age of the Newbie-Guru and I think it appropriate to thank the people here for a couple of months of fun diversion.
Without this site, I
* Would not know how much fun you can have with a tortoise and a Q-tip (Thanks, Laurel)
* Would not have seen the obvious connection between dryer sheets and sisters-in-law backsides (Thanks, Svedish Chef)
* Would have forgotten all about Doug and The Slugs (Thanks, Isabella)
* Would not have seen the connection between ring isomorphisms, real analysis, Occam's Razor and mindblowing orgasms (Thanks, Felix, DCL, and Never)
* Would not have written any obscene limericks (Thanks, Simply Southern and Kerrie O'Keefe)
* Would have forgotten how entertaining it is to watch pure slash and burn wit (Thanks, Deborah and Lasher)
* Wouldn't realize how many people still love the art of motion pictures (Thanks, CreamyLady)
* Wouldn't have reminisced about Team Handball with a Great Dane (Thanks, Xander)
* Wouldn't have debated the merits of non-consensual sex stories in such a dignified manner (Thanks, Whispersecret)
I haven't always responded to all of your posts but appreciate the development of real people having real opinions. And to the people I haven't mentioned - it isn't due to lack of appreciation, more of what happened to be on my mind at the time.
In conclusion, I will quote a response I got from Dave-73 on Cheffie's Question Thread : "fuck me he done his research." I am seriously considering changing my signature from the B-Movie ad slogan to this elegant description.
I have hired Joe Hazelwood to drive my ship towards guruhood. Looks like clear sailing ahead . . .
