if not those people who have been told that their

I agree with both of you - finally some sane posts as opposed to the "let's be brave and defy social distancing cause freedom and Constitution".

The more time goes by, the more we become aware of the dangers of recession, starvation and riots.

But shouldn't they replenish masks and hand sanitisers first, before restarting economies?

Who is "they?" Trust me, the market will (and already has) respond FAR faster than any government run program can or will. As long as the manufacturers can get the raw material they'll crank out more masks and alcohol than you can shake a stick at.

Hey...Remember back in ‘19 when mounting household debt was the big threat to the economy?

Good times!

I was referring to most non-Asian countries, most of them have PPE shortages.
But yes, here they're slowly catching up.

There's a new product in there somewhere. :)

I remember hearing about Herpes for the first time. That was a bit of a scare for a while.

Then it was AIDS. As a straight man it never really scared me.

Then it was that "roofy" stuff; before that, I could buy a tray of shooters at a bar, walk around and distribute them to the pretty girls.

Then it was that thing where a woman you tried to get to second base with 30 years ago suddenly goes to the police...oh yeah, the Me Too "movement".

But this is a whole new level of inconvenience.

Cockblock Flu.
