I had hit the Last Post button

and it took me directly to the last post, then I just copied the url.

In general, however (if it's not the last post), then I'm not sure.

I right-clicked on the button on one of the boards and clicked Properties to get the name of the image, which I then copied.

Then, in my message, I hit the IMG button and pasted the url to the arrow's image and VOILA! The image appears.
