A nice word to describe a woman who enjoys sex.

I have looked high and low and have only come up with nymphomaniac or minx to describe a woman or her actions when she enjoys sex.
I don't want to use all the rest like slut, whore, jade, strumpet.

Hell there are millions of wonderful women who enjoy sex but to describe them as a slut is wrong because they may (more than likely) take offence.
How do you tell a woman you love her nymphomania tendencies?
I could say "You are a seductive beautiful minx."
I like the word minx but even that is this per Webster: "a sexually attractive and playful woman who often causes trouble"
My woman does not cause trouble (hmmmm hold on). Well at least not in bed and the trouble is not what is expected here, or so I think

You would think that since we are 40 years into the empowerment of women that a word or two would have come along to express what I am looking for.

The perfect woman!

Lusty wench.
Sexy siren
Salacious seductress
Sensual mistress
Provocative paramour
Libidinous damsel
Wanton woman

I think it depends how you use the words. Certain words are used nowadays to describe a woman that don't have quite the same meaning they used to have.

I have no problem with my hubby calling me his slut or his whore in the bedroom. It's implied that I am a slut for him. Not that I am a slut in the sense that I sleep around or do not bathe.

The perfect woman!

There is no such thing unless you build your own. ;)

Imperfections make us unique.
If we were perfect it would be totally boring. No challenge. No learning about and from each other. No odd little quirks that can be annoying and endearing.

What an ass-pimple you are. I'm impressed with your allusion that the gals are 3rd world nigger colonies Uncle Sam has under his wing for nurturing and improvement.

But I digress.

I call my woman, HOT STUFF.

Hmmm....how about the Stepford Wives? :)

I like "voluptuary". There's been something of a campaign to reclaim the word "slut" in recent years, but as you say, still much more likely to cause offence than not.

The problem is that there's still a widespread mindset that it is wrong for a woman to enjoy sex, so anything that describes that tends to pick up problematic connotations.

Yup. My husband pretty regularly calls me his little cumslut, and I don't have a problem with it coming from him.

Friendly should do.

And who is this "we" you speak of doing this alleged empowering?

And why did they need your help?

"We" is all of humanity where women are free to do as they please and thus have empowered themselves by doing just that. So no one but themselves are doing anything. They don't need help, I do to find a word.

**** "Salacious seductress" I like a lot, thanks Debbie. *****

I would call her something like that and intended in the same spirit but you have to come to some sort of understanding about it. I presume you either talked about it or he said it and you only took it to be that way.
If you happen to love being filled up with his cum, and tell him so, then I could see how you get there.

Yes. Some men enjoy a woman who is spirited and challenging and others enjoy women who are submissive.

Each to their own. :)
I agree, I like a woman that can think and give me a challenge, this is a turn on! If you want submissive, get a rubber doll!

LOL.. and, in my experience, usually true! though women keep it hidden more than men. Typical experience. Meet a woman, hang out talking, doing random things together, she seems interested and BANG..well BANG again... sex three or four times a night, when possible (for me)

Words and language evolve around how they're used. It's not unreasonable to say that existing terms like 'slut' or 'nympho' will lose their negative connotations at some point in the not too distant future. Already it's not terribly uncommon to joke about these kind of terms. Of course, I understand your plight in not wanting to offend, but that comes down more to an individual's perceptions than anything wrong with the words themselves. To be on the safe side, let a woman choose for herself how she wants to define herself or be addressed. In my experience, as long as it's meant playfully there's no harm done and none meant.*

*At least if you know someone well enough to actually be acquainted with their sex life, you're usually comfortable enough with them to speak openly about this sort of thing. I do NOT recommend going out and using such language in everyday conversation.

Probably due to the double standard toward sex. A man who has sex with a lot of woman is a player. A woman who has sex with a lot of men is a slut.

the only expression i know of--and hence not a single word, thereby failing the OP's request--is sex-positive.
