Thanks Lance , we are slowly but surely starting to heal , and feel the need to start enjoying ourselves to ease away the pain we have been through just lately

the healing process is well on the way now , just making sure SD gets plenty of TLC from me whenever she needs it

I always try my best ran, but an extra hug or two from others is nice as well

Went for a nice relaxing walk in the glorious sun we had today and SD took full advantage of it
