A new sorority on campus

This year at Somewhere University students will have a new option to rush at. There are few details about this new Sorority and it only applied to join the campus at its location last year . While the students might be skeptical about joining a new sorority without a reputation, its recruiters seem really enthusiastic and welcoming...and seem to have a lot of support from the university.

What secrets does the new sorority have? Or maybe there aren't any secrets and the story is just about a new sorority needing to make a splash so it can continue existing and make a name for itself.

Outsourcing hazing. I don't know, I could see that being an interesting experience for the fraternity members but might be a bit much for the sorority girls. Once again, it's a sorority with little rep, so the girls would just have to be up for being hazed without any external reward (networking, status on campus, etc.).

One plotline I'd like to see though is when homecoming season starts, the new sorority has failed to find a fraternity to team up with and it looks like they'll be unrepresented...when the president enters licking something off her lips saying that she managed to get a partnership with a rather prominent fraternity AND one of the better known sororities....and got approval from campus.

New sorority is a cover for some kind of witch cult that practices sexual magic. The magic doesn't have to actually work, they just need to think that it does.

Aka the difference in my vision being : that I see the sorority members as being in full control (and the guys are the 'fall-guys'), at least initially

And to add the erotic element to it: One of the guys (who's secretly in love with one of the 'witches') figures out the trick and beats them to it.
